How to Boost Testosterone?
Our nation has been dealing with a dramatic dip in testosterone for the past 100 years. the main reasons are environmental factors and estrogens which are present almost anywhere. the is causing an influx of estrogen into our systems for both male and females causing breast cancer rates to increase as well. Sperm counts have dropped 50% in the past 60 years. almost 20% of males aged 19-25 are infertile which is significant. now back to testosterone. the first thing you need to do to boost your testosterone is fix your liver. Do not Drink alcohol! Alcohol kills your liver which is involved with hormonal balance and that means the liver removes excess estrogen and environmental pollutants like i mentioned before. to detox your liver i recommend milk thistle, dandelion, and burdock root. also eat plenty of vegetables. the next step is change your diet. we get way to many omega 6 in our diets so you need to fix the omega 3 to omega 6 ratio which should be a 1:4 ratio. Five power foods i recommend are bananas, raw almonds, brazil nuts hemp seeds and honey. Bananas contain vitamin b6 which is very important for testosterone. Raw almonds contain magnesium which raised free testosterone and gets rid of diabetes risk (very important). Brazil nuts contain the most powerful antioxidant selenium which increases glutathione levels in the body. Glutathione protects luitinizing hormone from decreasing with age and is the most powerful antioxidant in the body proven to increase testosterone. one study showed a 30% increase in testosterone by selenium alone. Hemp seeds contain omega 3 and are high in zinc. Zinc is very good for sperm count and testosterone and omega 3 is good for the brain. your brain is what secretes testosterone so use your logic. now honey is very good too. it contain chysin in small amounts Chrysin is proven to be an aromatase inhibitor, therefore it lowers estrogen. Lower estrogen = higher testosterone. Honey also boost sperm counts. now if your mix all of these foods in a blender at once and add water, you will be one step closer to increasing your testosterone. That, and good quality sleep and exercise are key factors to achieving this goal. Hope this helps
